Beaches
Cable Beach is located directly opposite the resort. A pathway across to the beach is over Cable Beach Road. Access to Cable Beach is also available through the Life Saving Club, approximately 350m down Cable Beach Road. The main access is 500m in the same direction.
Town Beach is located on the Roebuck Bay side of the peninsula. This is where the Stairway to the Moon spectacle can be seen from May - October, depending on the tides and when the full moon occurs.

There are many restaurants
in Broome, offering a wide variety of foods catering for all budgets.
The Cable Beach Club Resort boasts a stylish restaurant with fine dining at "The Club".
Or enjoy a casual meal watching the sunset at Lord Macs offering an unforgettable view over Cable Beach whilst sipping a cocktail or two!
Shopping
Broome Boulevard is located between Cable Beach and Chinatown. It is a modern shopping centre, with a large supermarket, news agency, boutiques, hairdressers, photo and souvenir shops.
China town is the historical centre of Broome. As well as modern shops, including a supermarket, there are buildings such as the Sun Picture Theatre, with its historic and popular open-air cinema. Most of the pearl galleries are located in Dampier Terrace in Chinatown, and provide a large selection of unique north-west pearls. Johnny Chi Lane has T-shirt shops, ideal for presents as well as a hair salon.
